  • Photocopy of Class X Formative Assessment and Summative Assessment and Progress Report
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card
  • Two Recent Passport size photograph
Advertisement   Any legal document (photocopy) as required in individual cases e.g change of name adoption, caste (SC/ST)etc.
